Placing an Order
The ordering process at Try Jova is designed to be as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add your desired product to the cart by clicking the black “Add to Cart” button.
Make sure you have selected the correct variant. If everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout.” On the information page, you will need to enter your address details correctly. Ensure all information is accurate. Once completed, click “Proceed to Shipping.”
On the Shipping page, you can review your address details. Here you will also see that every shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a gesture of appreciation to our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs. You can now continue by clicking “Proceed to Payment.”
